Lance brings over 28 years of real estate expertise to his role as a Loan Officer at Dovetail Mortgage. With 15 years as a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and extensive experience as a professional house flipper, he offers a well-rounded perspective on the buying, selling, and investment process. Prior to joining Dovetail, he spent 13 years as a Branch Manager for a mortgage company, earning multiple accolades, including Presidents Club honors. Lance’s deep understanding of real estate, from construction and renovations to financing and investing, makes him a valuable resource for homebuyers, investors, and builders alike. As a member of the Northeast Association of Realtors and the Northern Worcester County Landlord Association, he stays actively involved in the industry and up to date on market trends.
