Robert has 27 years of experience in residential lending with broad knowledge in bank lending, non-bank lending, and mortgage brokerages. He has extensive knowledge in all types of mortgage products with a keen understanding of underwriting guidelines. He was last branch manager and President’s Club honoree for a leading national lender.

Flávia brings her expertise in regulatory compliance and risk assessment. Flávia started her career in post closing mortgage quality assurance followed by 10 years representing lenders as a real estate attorney. She last managed branch offices in Massachusetts for two national banks.

Craig has 27 years of experience in mortgage lending and product knowledge as a loan originator, business owner and market leader. Craig’s talent lies in mentoring teams, business development, recruiting, and customer relations. He directs Dovetail’s culture, vision and values through mentoring, engagement and motivation.

Diana delivers a decade of experience in real estate transactions as a broker and investor. In the past 4 years, she contributed to the success of an innovative start-up with her expertise in low cost operations and social media marketing.

Ryan is skilled in preparing loans for seamless underwriting by evaluating them for accuracy, completion and compliance with industry guidelines. He leads the Dovetail Processing Team ensuring loan packages are processed timely and efficiently while ensuring the underwriting process is effectively communicated with borrowers.

Bob has over 20 years of experience in high tech as a manager and senior executive and expert knowledge in real estate transactions both as an accomplished realtor and mortgage loan originator. Bob holds licenses in both MA and NH and has achieved Centurion status and won the Quality Service Award at Century 21. He is a certified instructor in MA for real estate pre-licensing and continuing education. As a Senior Loan Officer for Dovetail, Bob’s main goal is to help guide his clients through the home buying process with care, efficiency and attention to detail.

Mellyssa brings 20+ years’ of diverse Real Estate industry experience. Mellyssa journeyed from conducting title exams for legal professionals to becoming a licensed Realtor in the early 2000s. In 2017, Mellyssa’s enduring passion for real estate led her to become a licensed Loan Originator, solidifying her financial expertise in the field. As a dedicated Massachusetts resident, she has deep roots in the Metro Boston and South Shore areas, now residing in Greater Taunton. Active in various organizations such as the International Kiwanis Club, The Boys & Girls Club of Metro South, and Hope Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mellyssa is deeply engaged in her community.

Jane brings over 11 years year’s of experience as a Senior Loan Officer, having guided numerous clients towards achieving their homeownership dreams. Jane has also extensive knowledge in Real Estate with over 22 years in the industry holding a Broker’s license and also as a Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor, mentoring and training aspiring real estate professionals. Jane’s primary mission is to ensure seamless transactions for clients, whether they’re first-time homebuyers or experienced investors. Leveraging her wealth of experience, she empowers clients with the information they need to make well-informed buying decisions, facilitating their journey to homeownership.

With over a decade of experience in the banking industry, she has expertly guided numerous families through the complexities of the home buying process. Mike Mularczyk brings over 25 years of experience in high tech marketing and sales to his role in the mortgage and real estate industry, which he entered in 2019. Known for his commitment to superior service and knowledge, Mike excels in guiding borrowers towards their real estate and financial goals with confidence. Beyond transactions, he prioritizes building deep, meaningful relationships with clients that endure over time. In addition to his client-focused approach, Mike leverages his extensive network and marketing expertise to help real estate professionals grow their businesses. Through tailored marketing programs and strategic networking, he showcases properties and generates valuable referrals, contributing to their success. Licensed in Massachusetts & Rhode Island, he is dedicated to serving clients across multiple regions with integrity and professionalism.

Keith is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience as a realtor before transitioning to his current role as a loan officer. His firsthand understanding of the realtor experience provides him with unique insights to better serve his clients.

Originally from Charlestown, SC, Keith is a licensed loan officer in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He joined Dovetail Mortgage in 2024 and quickly made a positive impact with his expertise. With his background in both real estate and lending, he is well-positioned to guide home buyers through the mortgage process. Keith is dedicated to finding the best financing solutions for his clients, helping them achieve their homeownership goals across state lines.

With over two decades of experience in the Residential Development and Real Estate Sales sectors, Mike has established a strong track record within the ever-evolving financial and housing industries. Mike currently directs hid efforts exclusively toward the residential mortgage lending arena, covering a comprehensive range of services including FHA loans, VA loans, Conventional/Traditional loans, Jumbo loans, rehabilitation, and construction loans. Additionally, Mike possesses a solid working knowledge in non-conforming financing, including DSCR financing and Bank Statement loans. Whether clients are first-time home buyers, refinancing, or experienced homeowners, Mike offers expert guidance through the home loan process. Mike takes pride in fostering enduring relationships built on integrity, transparency, and trust.

Brandon brings his extensive experience in real estate where he acted as a real estate broker helping buyers find their dream homes. Born and raised in Dorchester, MA, Brandon is knowledgeable in the Boston market and understands his client’s needs. He joined Dovetail in 2023 to help borrowers navigate and provide clarity to the mortgage loan process. He is licensed in Massachusetts.

Andrew is Dovetail’s first Junior Loan Officer under the mentorship of Craig Good and Robert Benson. Under this mentorship program, Andrew has been guided through the loan origination process, mortgage product knowledge, and underwriting process to provide a solid foundation for his entry into the industry. He graduates from Boston University in May of 2023 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. His focus is on fulfilling the company’s mission of serving our clients, their families, and friends throughout their lives, and supporting programs and organizations that inspire and give hope.

Shiv is passionate about providing the best experience to customers. With over six years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, his skills include problem-solving, mentoring, and cultivating strong client relationships. He aims to use his customer service skills to create a seamless experience for borrowers. Shiv joined Dovetail in 2022 and is licensed in Florida.
